1. Delivery charges :

Delivery charges are calculated according to the total weight of the order and the destination. You will find detailed delivery charges when you place your order.

2. Delivery zones :

We currently deliver our products throughout metropolitan France and abroad (Europe excluding the UK and Asia).

3. Delivery options :

The customer can choose:

- Express delivery in 24/48h before 1pm to your home (metropolitan France).

- Pick-up at the company's address:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.

Free of charge if collected within 30 days of your order. After this period, see storage costs.

For orders over 25 bottles, please contact our service department by e-mail to arrange a carrier together.

4. Delivery times :

Orders are delivered upon receipt of the amount in the company's bank account (example: an order placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday). We do not dispatch orders on Fridays, to avoid bottles remaining in our carrier's warehouse over the weekend. 

In mainland France, all our wines are delivered within 24/48 hours of order validation by our team.

In Europe, delivery times are usually 3-4 working days.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery, only the carriers. They cannot give rise to damages.

5. Cost of insurance

1% of order value. Insurance is charged regardless of the value of the order shipped, the destination and the mode of transport. This insurance enables us to reimburse you in full in the event of loss, theft or breakage.

6. Receipt of goods

It is the customer's responsibility to check the contents of the package upon receipt and to express any reservations as follows: on the delivery slip provided by the carrier, in the presence of the delivery person. And, in all cases, by notifying ChristiWines by REGISTERED LETTER sent to its correspondence address within 2 days of receipt of the package AND by e-mail to: contact@christicines.com

If all the above conditions are met, ChristiWines undertakes to offer a reshipment, a credit note or a refund to the aggrieved customer.

7. Delivery address

Items ordered are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The delivery information provided by the customer is binding. ChristiWines cannot be held responsible in the event of an error or lack of information resulting in faulty or non-delivery. In the event of a return due to an incomplete address, the customer will have the option of either modifying the address and having the merchandise reshipped at the customer's expense, or having the order reimbursed after deduction of the initial shipping costs.
