Delivery and Return
1. The transport of your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
Whatever the chosen method of shipping, we will provide as soon as possible a link that allows you to track online delivery of your package.
Shipping charges include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part based on price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order to reduce the shipping costs and taxes.
We pay insurance for any shipment of your goods (at our expense) and special care is taken to protect fragile products.
2. Delivery delay :
We work with Chronopost for the delivery of your orders.
For all orders placed and paid before 14h, the delivery time is of 6 to 10 days in Europe. This delay do not engage our responsibility but only that carriers. The delivery time overruns can't lead to the payment of damages and interests.
Chronopost 24H / Transport Express
For any urgent order, you can choose Express shipping by placing and paying for your order before 12pm to be able to receive it the next day before 1pm.
This delivery times are expressed as an indication and in working days, from metropolitan France. Delays depend on the city of dispatch, the time of deposit in the local branch but also on customs clearance procedures at destination.
The goods are transported under cover of the transport regulations in force. For the management of litigation (breakage, missing, damage) reservations must be precise, characterized and specified on the transport document momment of delivery and be reported to the carrier by LR 3 days of receipt. As soon as we became aware of the dispute (in 8 days) by email or post we will arrange with the insurance and will refund or replace the wines.
WARNING ! the type of inscriptions "subject to unpacking" are null and full rights.
3. Delivery address
Check that the delivery elements are accurate and precise. Indicate the telephone numbers where you can be easily and quickly reached.
