1: Acceptance of Terms of Sale
Upon approval by the ChristiWines company, all orders are automatically subject to the present general conditions of sale.
2: Rates / Price / Order
Rates are not contractual.
Our prices are valid while stocks last, subject to prior sale, without obligation.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed are in the specified format, TTC and Euros (VAT 20,00%), from our warehouses, and OE.
Orders will be final upon receipt of full payment of the price of goods.
Upon receipt of payment, an invoice will be sent.
According to the law 80-335 of 12 May 1980, all goods remain our property until full payment.
Any unpaid order within a week will be canceled.
3: Payment / Payment Method
The regulation of property is made in full to the command is:

- By bank transfer to the detailed bank information on your order.
- By credit card.
4: Shipping / Receiving
A receipt of payment of the order:
- In metropolitan France, the delivery is made within two to eight days.
- Abroad, the deadlines vary. We remain at the disposal of the buyer to specify this period depending on the destination.
These times are only indicative and does not commit us contractually. The delivery time overruns can result in damages to withholding, or cancellation of orders.
The order will be sent to the address specified by the buyer during the validation of the order.
The order can be ensured beyond the available stocks. If an order can not be assured, it will be refunded or replaced in accordance with the buyer.
All our goods even sold free of charge, travel at the risk of the recipient.
Upon receipt of goods, it is imperative to check the condition of the content and make all necessary findings in case of breakage, damage or missing by clearly stating the name and quantities of wines missing or broken on the delivery note before signing. These reservations must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier within 3 days. A copy of your reserves must be sent to the seller within eight days to operate insurance and be able to repay you by following or replace your wines.
In case the customer is committed to collect the goods himself, no shipping fee will be due if the removal takes place within a maximum period of two months after their provision. Beyond this period, ChristiWines will be entitled to charge additional storage fees at a rate of € 10 including taxes per box per month of delay.
5: Retraction
The customer has a retail retraction of 7 days from the delivery of the order to return the goods in their original packaging, without penalty, except for shipping costs (both ways). The client must inform the company ChristiWines the return of goods by mail or by mail. The exchange or refund the order will take place within 30 days of receipt of the return order.
6: Imprint:
Protection of Minors: The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under sixteen. The buyer agrees to have the date of the order sixteen years old. (Article L. 3342-1 of the Public Health Code)
Alcohol abuse: Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health. It is in moderation.
Commitment: ChristiWines undertakes to respect the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. Pursuant to Article 27 of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 "and freedoms", you have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you.
