1. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination. Detailed rates will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Zones
We currently deliver to mainland France as well as abroad : Europe (excluding the United Kingdom) and Asia.
3. Delivery Options
Customers can choose from the following options:

Express delivery within 24/48h before 1 p.m. to your home (mainland France).

Pickup at our company address:
Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Free of charge if collected within 30 days of the order.
After this period, please refer to the “Storage Fees” section.
Important: for orders exceeding 25 bottles, please contact our team by email to arrange a suitable carrier.
4. Delivery Times
Orders are shipped after the payment is received in our company’s bank account (e.g., an order placed on Monday will usually be shipped on Tuesday).
We do not ship orders on Fridays, to avoid the bottles staying in the carrier's warehouses over the weekend.

Mainland France: delivery within 24/48h after order validation.

Europe: average delivery time is 3–4 business days.
ChristiWines cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, which fall under the responsibility of the carriers. Delays do not entitle the customer to any refund.
5. Insurance Cost
An insurance fee of 1% of the order value is applied, regardless of the order amount, destination, or shipping method.
This insurance covers 100% of the damage in the event of loss, theft, or breakage.
6. Receipt of Goods
It is the customer's responsibility to check the contents of the parcel upon delivery and, if necessary, to make any reservations on the delivery slip in the presence of the courier.
Additionally, the customer must notify ChristiWines:

By registered letter sent to our correspondence address within 2 days of receiving the parcel,
AND -
By email to: contact@christiwines.com
If all the above conditions are met, ChristiWines commits to offering the customer a reshipment, credit note, or refund.
7. Delivery Address
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information.
In case of an error or missing information leading to a failed delivery:

If the package is returned, the customer may either update the address and have the goods reshipped at their own expense, or request a refund (minus the original shipping fees).
