Ployez-Jacquemart is a family home created in 1930 by Mr. Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the house, characterized by a great rigor in the development of wines, is now represented by the third generation succeeding Gerard and Claude Ployez, perpetuating the founding values of Tradition, the Requirement and the Rooting in the Champenois soil.
